As\u00a0IQS\u00a0achieves success in the long<br \/>\nterm pursuit of quality,\u00a0IQS\u00a0people will strive to:<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Respond quickly and wisely to rapid changes in the business environment and changing client needs.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Attract and retain clients by being best-in-class.<br \/>\nTo ensure continuing success of the quality initiative,\u00a0IQS\u00a0leadership will:<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Maintain an absolute, proactive and long term commitment to client focused, continuous service<br \/>\nimprovement.<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0Formulate an Impartiality committee for ensuring strict adherence to laid down impartiality norms and for<br \/>\nreviewing of the norms on a time to time basis.<br \/>\nThe certification Procedure will ensure that all audits and certification decisions are conducted in accordance<br \/>\nwith the requirements of the relevant standard. In addition\u00a0IQS\u00a0is fully committed to ensuring that it fully<br \/>\ncomplies with all AB regulations, relevant Certification Standards and all requirements of any regulatory bodies.<br \/>\nIQS\u00a0will ensure that a professional service will be offered to clients through the use of trained, experienced and<br \/>\ncompetent auditors certification, and support staff.<br \/>\nIQS\u00a0will continually seek to improve the services it offers and will do so through acting upon client\u2019s feedback,<br \/>\nregular internal and external audits, reviews of reports, reviews of staff, management review meetings and<br \/>\nmanagement meetings.<br \/>\nAny client, who feels dissatisfied with any aspect of the service provided by\u00a0IQS,\u00a0is encouraged to put in<br \/>\nwriting their complaint which will be responded to promptly and thoroughly investigate.<br \/>\nAny client who disagrees with a Certification Decision has the right of appeal which will be put before an<br \/>\nindependent Appeals Committee, comprising individuals who are not employees of\u00a0IQS.<br \/>\nIn conducting certification activities\u00a0IQS,\u00a0fully understands the importance of ensuring that the certification<br \/>\nprocess and all audits are conducted in an impartial manner and no conflict of interest exists.
